PakaTalk is an AI-powered English speaking practice platform designed for OPIc exam preparation. The Service provides mock tests, focused practice sessions, and AI-generated feedback on your speaking performance.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must not share your account with others.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in voice recordings
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the PakaTalk mascot (Paca), and software — are owned by PakaTalk and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of voice recordings you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your recordings for the purpose of providing AI feedback and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Feedback

Feedback provided by the Service is generated by AI and is for educational purposes only. It does not guarantee any specific OPIc test result. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PakaTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
